Lunch

HB Catering is ready and able to provide a delectable lunch for your next party or event. We offer a variety of themed style lunch events to meet your needs or we can work together to develop a custom menu just for you. Our chef can offer various proteins cooked to perfection, an array of starches and vegetables and an assortment of salads to satisfy your guests. We also provide dessert offerings for all occasions.

With a mobile grill we can also bring the lunch BBQ to you. Go basic with hamburgers and hotdogs or kick it up a notch with BBQ ribs and chicken. We can even do mouth watering steaks where we prepare them in your favorite marinade and cook to order. How about impressing your guests with one of our on-site themed offerings like a shrimp boil, fresh boiled lobsters or even paella.

Dinner

Whether you are looking for heavy appetizers to impress a business client, a full dinner for a large group celebration, or a wedding with appetizers and dinner for 250 guests, HB Catering is ready to help make your event special. From a carving station with beef tenderloin accompanied by a garlic horse radish cream sauce, to our delicious chicken wrapped bacon or mouth watering coconut lime infused shrimp skewer appetizers our menu choices are fantastic and can be customized to fit any event.
